Nature of product information
The descriptions, application notes, packaging, origin and minimum order details on product pages are based on data received from suppliers and are intended as general information.
- Technical values may vary by batch; binding values are set by the written quotation and specification.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, PERDIST is not the manufacturer of the listed products.
- A certification or conformity claim is valid only when the relevant document has been shared.
- Stock and supply status may change without prior notice.
Legal nature of quotation requests
Quotation requests sent through the site do not constitute an order or a purchase agreement. The commercial relationship is formed when the written quotation issued by PERDIST is accepted and a proforma invoice is issued.
- Quotations are limited to the validity period stated on them.
- PERDIST may decline requests it does not consider suitable, without giving reasons.
- Price, lead time and payment terms are binding only in the written quotation.
Intellectual property
The texts, product descriptions, guides, images, logo, design and software on the site belong to PERDIST or are used under licence and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property law.
